Change Your Plan

Your existing profile, My People, QR code, check-ins, safety settings, incident history, and account information will not be deleted when you change plans. Feature access and limits will follow the plan you select. If you move to a plan with a lower My People limit, PMP preserves your existing People. The number included with your current plan remains active for new safety alerts, and any additional People stay safely saved so you can reactivate them later or upgrade again.
